In 2021–2022, specialists from "ECOEXPERT" LLP carried out a study on the processing waste "CIL Tailings of the Albion Process" and developed measures for handling this waste. Laboratory analyses were conducted to determine the composition and environmental hazard of the waste. The waste hazard index was calculated, waste coding was performed, and the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the handling of such waste were identified. Relevant recommendations were provided accordingly.

In 2014 and 2018, specialists from "ECOEXPERT" LLP conducted workplace certification based on working conditions at "Karatau" LLP. Measurements at the workplaces were carried out competently and strictly according to the work schedule. The results of the workplace assessments are documented in the "Workplace Certification Materials on Working Conditions", which include all measurement protocols and evaluations of the working environment.

In the fourth quarter of 2020, "KATCO" JV LLP signed a contract with your company for services related to the assessment and recording of flora and fauna at the Moiynkum deposit in the Turkestan region. In 2021, specialists from "ECOEXPERT" LLP carried out work to study the species diversity of flora and fauna within the territory of "KATCO" JV LLP for the purposes of environmental monitoring, developing proposals, and addressing tasks aimed at preserving natural ecosystems under conditions of intensive production. The work also included a comparative analysis with the results of the 2010 research report.

Throughout 2022, "ECOEXPERT" LLP conducted laboratory radiological testing of finished products for "Zhairem Mining and Processing Plant" JSC. The test protocols are used for further product certification. All work was carried out under the framework of Contract No. 3110/2022-0717 dated March 15, 2022.

"Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant" LLP has experience working with "ECOEXPERT" LLP on the development of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) section for the working project titled "Replanning and Conversion of the Fire Safety and Civil Defense Facility into an Administrative and Utility Building with a First-Aid Post."

This is to confirm that "ECOEXPERT" LLP has, over the course of several years, carried out environmental monitoring of emissions and the impact of the enterprise on the environment for "Zhairema Manganese" JSC.

In 2023, environmental monitoring at the site of "Zhairem Mining and Processing Plant" JSC was conducted by the laboratory of "ECOEXPERT" LLP. This laboratory holds all the necessary permits and authorizations to provide services in this field.

In 2023–2024, under contract, "ECOEXPERT" LLP carried out a comprehensive environmental and radiological survey (CERS) on the Zhambas contract area, 80% of which is located on the territory of the former Semipalatinsk Nuclear Test Site (SNTS). A significant volume of environmental and radiological studies was completed within a reasonable timeframe, resulting in a full CERS report that was successfully approved by the relevant authorities.

At the production site of the "Orken-Kentobe" Representative Office of "Orken" LLP, environmental monitoring in 2023 was carried out by the laboratory of "ECOEXPERT" LLP. The laboratory possesses all the necessary permits and authorizations required to perform such services.
All equipment used was modern, certified, and approved for operation within the Republic of Kazakhstan. The measurements were conducted with high quality and on time. The laboratory staff demonstrated themselves as highly qualified professionals.
The results of the work were provided in the form of reports, measurement protocols, tables, and graphical materials. The final report was a high-quality and well-structured document that met all current standards. Any unforeseen situations that arose during the process were resolved promptly with minimal time and resource expenditure.

We consider that the laboratory of "ECOEXPERT" LLP has fully met all of its contractual obligations.

"ECOEXPERT" LLP was contracted to carry out laboratory testing of rock samples for total alpha and beta activity. A total of 35 samples were analyzed. The Testing Center conducted the analyses and provided the testing protocol within the timeframe specified in the contract.

RSE "Karkaraly State National Nature Park" has long cooperated with your company in the field of scientific research and environmental protection. In 2024, specialists from "ECOEXPERT" LLP carried out work on the topic “Study of Mammal Species in the Territory of Karkaraly National Park.”

As part of this project, ecological monitoring of mammal populations was conducted, including tracking changes in population dynamics, density, spatial distribution, and demographic structure. The work was performed in accordance with the technical assignment and applicable regulatory documents.

The staff of "ECOEXPERT" LLP demonstrated their competence and professionalism in their field.

From 2023 to 2024, "ECOEXPERT" LLP was contracted to perform laboratory and radiological testing of six types of products, with five samples of each tested annually. The analysis included aleurolite, argillite, clay, oil shale, weathered coal, and standard coal, focusing on the content of natural radionuclides.

Over the two-year period, a total of 60 samples were analyzed. The Testing Center completed the tests and provided the protocols within the timeframe specified in the contract. The protocol formatting was satisfactory, with regulatory limits and excerpts from sanitary regulations clearly indicated. The tests were conducted in accordance with the accredited scope.

We have no claims regarding the performance of "ECOEXPERT" LLP’s Testing Center and recommend them as a reliable partner.

In accordance with the requirements of environmental legislation, Zhambyl SDPP entered into a contract with "ECOEXPERT" LLP for laboratory testing of transformer oil to determine the presence of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).

From 2023 to 2024, ECOEXPERT staff organized field visits to collect samples and deliver them to the testing center. During visits to our production facilities, the specialists of "ECOEXPERT" LLP were equipped with the necessary sampling tools, personal protective equipment, and special clothing in full compliance with safety regulations.

Sample collection, documentation (including Sampling Acts and logs) was carried out in accordance with the Rules for the Handling of Persistent Organic Pollutants and Wastes Containing Them, while strictly observing safety procedures and sampling methods.

Approximately 200 samples were collected as per contract conditions, always in the presence of a representative from Zhambyl SDPP.

The test results were delivered on time. The protocols were properly prepared and satisfactory. We have no claims regarding the work of the Testing Center.

In 2024, "Gravity Construction KZ" LLP signed two contracts with "ECOEXPERT" LLP for field and laboratory work on the territory of the Shantobe mine’s mining and land allotments, as well as along adjacent river systems and the railway.
The scope of work included gamma background and radon exhalation measurements, as well as sampling of surface water bodies followed by laboratory and chemical analysis.
The total survey area exceeded 5.0 km. The Testing Center of "ECOEXPERT" LLP prepared laboratory test protocols for 60 water samples (radiological testing), 9 water samples (chemical testing), and 160 soil samples for total alpha and beta activity analysis. Gamma background measurement protocols contained results from approximately 40,000 data points.
The fieldwork was completed promptly, in full accordance with the Technical Assignment. The laboratory test results included a comprehensive list of analyses conducted as per the Technical Assignment and are suitable for further use in both applied and scientific contexts.
The reporting materials prepared by "ECOEXPERT" LLP meet the standards required for survey and scientific research work.

"ECOEXPERT" LLP was contracted to install automatic monitoring systems for hazardous substances emissions at an organized emission source and within the sanitary protection zone for the period from 2023 to 2024.
During the construction, installation, and commissioning phases, ECOEXPERT staff strictly adhered to safety regulations and proper work procedures. As of September 2024, the system has been successfully commissioned and is now transmitting data to JSC NIT (National Information Technologies).
When visiting our production facilities, ECOEXPERT employees were equipped with personal protective equipment and special clothing in accordance with safety standards. All work was performed under appropriate work permits. The project documentation was provided in full.
